• Statutory audits are for companies and other business entities where an audit is required by the Companies Act 1993, Real Estate Audit Regulations, Education Act 1989 and other acts or regulations
• Non-statutory audits are for organisations, such as clubs or societies, where an audit is required by constitution, the members or funders

Ainger Tomlin Audit is an experienced team of chartered accountants, dedicated to providing audit and other assurance services to small and medium-sized businesses and the not-for-profit sector, with a range of practical advice.

We understand that preparing financial statements can be difficult, so our accountants can
assist your administrator with the formatting and completion of your financial statements.

We have approximately 200 audit clients – including privately owned companies, trusts, societies,
clubs, churches, and educational establishments.

All members of our team volunteer within Canterbury’s charitable sector, giving us a unique insight
into the issues facing local charities.
